Chapter 8 · Verse 1168
समत्स्वग्निम् अवसे वाजयन्तो हवामहे. वाजेषु चित्रराधसम्
हम, बल और विजय के साधक, अपनी जीवन की संघर्षों और प्रतियोगिताओं में रक्षा, बचाव और उन्नति के लिए, अद्भुत उदारता और उपलब्धि की सर्वशक्तिमान शक्ति, अग्नि का आह्वान और पूजन करते हैं।
Chapter 8 · Verse 1171
त्वां शुष्मिन् पुरुह्ञुत वाजयन्तम् उपब्रुवे सहस्कृत. स नो रास्व सुवीर्यम्
O lord of cosmic energy universally invoked, hero of infinite acts of kindness and creation, giver of sustenance and victory, we pray in silent sincerity of conscience, bring us and bless us with noble strength and vitality of body and mind and creativity of vision and imagination.
हे सर्वव्यापी, सामर्थ्यवान प्रभु, हम आपकी स्तुति करते हैं; हमें महान शक्ति और विजय प्रदान करें।
Chapter 8 · Verse 1172
यदिन्द्र चित्र म इह नास्ति त्वादातम् अद्रिवः. राधस्तन्नो विदद्वस उभयाहस्त्या भर
Rådhastanno vidadvasa ubhayåhastyå bhara. Indra, O lord of light and power, mysterious and sublime, refulgent ruler of the clouds and mountains, omniscient dispenser of munificence, whatever the rain of blessings not yet showered by you, whatever the wealth and honour of success not yet ours, pray give us with both hands.
हे इन्द्र, जो अद्भुत धन और ऐश्वर्य अभी तक आपने हमें प्रदान नहीं किया है, उसे हमें प्रदान करें।
Chapter 8 · Verse 1173
यन्मन्यसे वरेण्यम् इन्द्र द्युक्षम् तदा भर. विद्याम तस्य ते वयम् अक्ञुपारस्य दावनः
Indra, whatever you think is worthy of choice, bear and bring that brilliant gift of heavenly quality. Let us receive that and let us know that as a blessing of your unbounded generosity worthy to be received and justified with gratitude.
हे इन्द्र, जो श्रेष्ठ और तेजस्वी है, उसे प्रदान करो; हम तुम्हारी असीम उदारता को जानें।
Chapter 8 · Verse 1174
यत्ते दिक्षु प्रराध्यं मनो अस्ति श्रुतं बृहत्. तेन दृअढा चिदद्रिव आ वाजं दऋषि सातये
Adriva, wielder of thunder arms and ruler of clouds and mountains, with that mind and courage of yours which is great, renowned and magnanimous leading to sure success, break down the strongholds of darkness and scatter the forces of negativity to reveal the light of rectitude for success and victory.
हे वज्रधारी, हे पर्वतराज, आपके उस महान, प्रसिद्ध और विजय की ओर ले जाने वाले मन से, अंधकार के दुर्गों को तोड़ें और असत्य की शक्तियों को छिन्न-भिन्न कर सत्य का प्रकाश प्रकट करें।
Chapter 8 · Verse 1175
›इशुं जज्¤आनं हर्यतं मृजन्ति शुम्भन्ति विप्रं मरुतो गणेन. कविर्गीर्भिः काव्येन कविः सन्त्सोमः पवित्रमत्येति रेभन्
Dedicated celebrants perceive the presence beatific, manifested and expansive in the experience of nature around, cleanse it like a new born baby, discover and distil it in the spirit and adore it in song. As winds in storm raise a spark to blazing fire, bands of admirers celebrate it in its native glory. Omnipresent all-watching sagely divine, exalted to its omniscience and omnipotence in human consciousness by the music of the poetic voice, Soma, divine presence, radiates into the pure human heart loud and bold and transcends the soul to infinite space.
हे विद्वानों, हे मरुतों, हे कवियों! स्तुति और काव्य के साथ, यह पवित्र सोम रस शुद्ध होता हुआ बहता है।
Chapter 8 · Verse 1176
ःर्षिमना य ऋषिकृत् स्वर्षाः सहस्रनीथः पदवीः कवीनाम्. तृतीयं धाम महिषः सीषासन्त्सोमो विराजमनु राजति ष्ंउप्
Soma is the presence that is the universal seer and poetic creator, maker of poets, exalted by sages, shower streams of bliss, adored a thousand ways for infinite power and glory, ultimate love and desire of poets, awful refulgence radiating to the third blazing space beyond the earthly and paradisal regions of life, the presence that rules and illuminates the heart and soul beyond the state of existential involvement, the one loving, blessing, beatific ultimate object of
हे सोम! तुम सर्वज्ञ कवि हो, कवियों के निर्माता, ऋषियों द्वारा पूजित, अनन्त शक्ति और महिमा से युक्त, जो तीसरे दिव्य लोक में तेजस्वी रूप से विराजमान हो।
